is human matter or psyque?

human exist fisically and intelectually, it exist fisically becausebefore being born, strats to being devolepd in the mother body, so his matter is created and sent to a world where this matter will strart to grow, etc. and intellecutually because human is able to explain most of what sorrounds him, but for example for descartes human would be psyque because he propose"i think, then i exist", but maybe for john locke woulbe matter cause human can feel and learn by his senses, but i can say huamn is made of both because, human have two kinds of knowledge apriori that is or might be psyque because human reason and knows that he tocuh the fire he will get burn and feel pain, and the other is a posteriori, what would be or might be matter, beacause he would just touching the fire and getting burned and feel this pain so he will never touch it again because he knows that if he touch it he would feel again this terrible pain. thats why we are both,matter and psyque

How can something be of someone

property can be achieved by some documents that let know to local authorities or to common persons than something belongs to you or someon else, but how can we do to let know others what is mine without documents or something like that????

tons of people says than he deserves money, cars, houses, etc. because they have work enough to deserve what his legally posees, other people have done nothing to get what actually has, because of a family financially well positioned, and this people loose this sense of having something or own something because it can be easily replaced.

my position about this topic would begin saying that i believe that i own something when i need it, when i know it, when i can easily reconginze it, basically woul be that and i also i believe that you really own something when you have earned it not when you just get it.
